This weekend event is made for photographers who are interested in camera gear, live activities, guest speakers, and meeting like-minded creative individuals. 

During events, the main thing I would want to know is the agenda for the day. I like to know where and when things are happening or else I’ll get lost in everything going on around me. Having a physical schedule to look at would be the easiest way for me to keep track of the day. Trying to memorize times and events or looking at my phone every five seconds in public feels like a hassle to me. I decided to create a poster with a list of times and events happening during the day. This covers everything from the morning brunch all the way to the keynote speaker in the evening. These posters would be spread throughout the venue to be easily seen by all the participants at the event. To be extremely thorough, I also created lanyards for each day that also have the same schedule on them. This way, you can simply look down at your lanyard around your neck and quickly check the schedule.
